BOBBI JANKOVICH is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with two private practice locations in Sherman Oaks and West Los Angeles. She works with clients who struggle with enduring "stuckness" due to persistent depression and anxiety, extreme emotional dysregulation (severe, unexplained mood swings), crisis and trauma, life transitions and issues of aging, and relationship concerns. She helps to specifically to address the complexities that can manifest as a result of particularly difficult experiences (past or present, situational or chronic). She also works with clients struggling with, or recovering from various forms of self-destruction or self-harm (such as addiction and substance abuse, impulsivity, eating disorders, isolation, body image distortions, cutting, etc.).


Bobbi is trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR therapy with emphasis somatic-based trauma therapies that work to increase resiliency and facilitate healing.


Bobbi does specialized work with clients who are Partners of Sex Addicts to address the devastating and unique individual and relational trauma resulting that occurs as a result of this deep betrayal.

Additionally, Bobbi is also core faculty at Phillips Graduate University and serves as adjunct faculty at Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology. As an AAMFT approved supervisor, Bobbi is the Director of the Trauma-Informed Traineeship at the California Family Counseling Center working with graduate students as they begin to see clients. She also supervises interns at the counseling center and in private practice.

Bobbi received her BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara before receiving her MA in Clinical Psychology from the Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

When finances are of particular concern, Bobbi employees a very advanced intern who is able to see clients on a sliding scale basis.
